Sanarium
If the classical Finnish Sauna is too hot or too dry for you, then
the sanarium is an ideal alternative. At a temperature of 60 degrees
Celsius and a regulated humidity up to maximum 55% you will find
an especially gentle climate to relax and feel at ease.
Turkish steam bath
Already in Ancient Greece the steam bath was well known. The Romans
called it “Sudatorium” and considered it a solid part
of their bathing culture, a culture, which they brought East. Today
it is today known as the Turkish steam bath. It resembles the classical
sauna; however, its climate is quite different. With 43-46 degrees
Celsius it is not as hot, but more humid; the humidity is 100%.
The hot steam is particularly good for treating respiratory illnesses
and rheumatic discomforts. The humid warmth of the steam fosters
the blood flow and cleanses as well as revives your skin.
